Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of x10Hosting, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the x10Hosting service as an affiliate. By signing up for the x10Hosting affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Affiliates agree to only promote and advertise their links in such a way that follows the CAN-SPAM act and other laws in the United States.  Links may only be posted in or on locations that the affiliate has consent to use, spamming links otherwise known as 'spamvertising' will result in a termination from the affiliate program and earnings found to be gained from these methods will be forfeited. 

Earnings for new affiliates may be held for up to 90 days to protect against abuse and fraudulent signups.  Affiliates may request the holding period to be lowered upon completing multiple successful payouts as long as their account remains in good standing.

Commission gained from customers that are found to be fraudulent or who perform a chargeback against any payments will be deducted from the affiliate's account balance.  Affiliates that have a high rate of fraudulent referrals may be suspended from the x10Hosting affiliate program.

If an affiliate earns more than a certain amount in a 12 month period we may request additional identifying information for tax purposes.  Further payments will be held until such information is furnished by the affiliate.

x10Hosting agrees to track referrals for up to 30 days via a specially placed cookie, however, we can not guarantee award of a referral if a customer removes said cookie.  All manual reports of referrals will be investigated to the best of our ability but no guarantee of earnings from a referral will be made unless the signup comes from your affiliate link.

We will occasionally consolidate customer accounts when they are found to have multiple, duplicate affiliate commissions will be removed from the affiliate's account in this case.  An affiliate may only be rewarded per individual they refer, not per account they create.  Commissions for non-monetary gains such as free hosting signups are limited to one per household that signs up, this limit does not apply to monetary upgrades.  For example, if you were to receive $1 per free hosting referral, if 3 people in the same household signed up for hosting your total reward would be $1.  However, if all 3 members of the same household upgraded hosting to a paid plan you would be credited for each upgrade.
